  • 2 chai tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose chai tea)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, combine apple cider and water; bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add chai tea bag(s) to the simmering mixture and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain loose tea.
  3. Stir in milk along with honey or maple syrup if desired. Heat gently until warm, avoiding boiling.
