Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mashed bananas and lemon juice; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Cream softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
