  • 1 package baby bok choy
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and rinse the bok choy leaves.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
