- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 package baby bok choy
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain and rinse the bok choy leaves.
