  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked ground beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
