  • 16 oz pipe rigate pasta
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded leftover beef brisket
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and return it to the pot.
  2. In the same pot, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth; stir and simmer gently.
  3. Gradually add the cheeses until fully melted.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama®, ground mustard, turmeric, and black pepper; mix well.
  5. In a separate pot, heat shredded brisket with beef broth and BBQ sauce until warm.
  6. Serve mac and cheese topped with brisket and additional BBQ sauce.
