  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 (3 oz) cherry Vegan Gelatin mix
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry gelatin powder, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles. Seal and shake well.
  3. Measure rice Chex into a large bowl.
  4. Melt vanilla almond bark in the microwave for 2 minutes total, stirring after each minute until smooth.
  5. Pour melted almond bark over the cereal and stir gently with a rubber spatula until coated.
