  • 1 pound pasta, penne or fettuccine
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. Slice tops off kaiser rolls and hollow out centers.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside bread bowls.
  5. Toast bowls on a baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  7. Fill each bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Return bowls to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
