  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente; then drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Take one noodle and place about 1/4 cup of the filling at one end; roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Once all noodles are filled and arranged in the dish, pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
