  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining oil and stir-fry green beans for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pour over the mixture. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
