  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix grated onion, ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and egg until just combined. Shape into 4 patties.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
