  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until cooked through. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; cut into pieces once done.
  5. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  6. Layer half of the cheese on the bottom buns, followed by scrambled eggs and turkey bacon pieces. Top with remaining cheese and place on the top halves of rolls.
  7. Combine melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush over slider tops.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are warm.
