  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Slice thick chicken breasts horizontally if needed; pat dry. Coat with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add onions and garlic until fragrant. Stir in diced tomatoes and flour.
  4. Pour in cream and white grape juice; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Boil spaghetti until al dente; drain without rinsing. Add to sauce along with chicken; toss to combine and heat through.
