- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Slice thick chicken breasts horizontally if needed; pat dry. Coat with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add onions and garlic until fragrant. Stir in diced tomatoes and flour.
- Pour in cream and white grape juice; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
