  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower head and trim the bottom stem.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into two thick steaks, about 1-inch thick.
