- 1 medium cucumber
- 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, chives, and salt to taste. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping tool or a Ziploc bag.
- Pipe the cream cheese filling onto each cucumber slice.
- Place one whole black olive on top of each filled cucumber slice as the spider body.
- For spider legs, slice remaining olives in half lengthwise and then cut each half into four thin slices.
- Attach four olive slices to each side of the whole olive on the cucumber bites to form spiders.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
