  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed (for streusel)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for streusel)
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes (for streusel)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk or cream (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan.
