  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup jelly (grape or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas, then mix in peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan; dollop jelly over it and swirl gently. Add remaining batter, top with more jelly and swirl again.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
