  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on it. Scoop the cheese mixture into the center.
  3. Use remaining cheddar to cover the mixture; wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape. Use rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. After chilling, remove rubber bands and top with a bell pepper stem before serving.
