  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, stir in the cocoa powder, and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe onto brownies in a spider web pattern.
